The disbursement, the office stated, will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis after proper verification of applicants.

To ensure a smooth collation, verification, and disbursement process, a committee has been constituted with Hon. Ogar Emmanuel Oko served as Chairman, Comrade Anthony Onah as Member, and Ohobu Paul Ogwihi as Secretary.

Applicants seeking to benefit from the intervention are required to present evidence of studentship or valid school identification, certificate of origin, admission letter, and other relevant documents that may be requested during verification.

The office also expressed appreciation to the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu, for what it described as his commitment to supporting students and advancing educational development in the state.
