Troops of the 13 Brigade, Nigerian Army, have rescued four abducted civilians in Bakassi, Cross River State following a decisive waterborne operation on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
The rescue took place during a routine patrol aimed at restricting the movement of criminal elements along strategic waterways.
