Court Adjourns Judgment Hearing In Rape Case Due To Absence Of The Defendant

The case involves an allegation of rape.

The Federal High Court in Calabar has adjourned the judgment hearing in the case of FRN vs. Prince Joseph Mark in Suit No: FAC/CA/86C/2023.

The hearing, originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, was adjourned to May 22nd, 2024.

The reason for the adjournment is reportedly because the defendant was not produced by the Correctional Centre.

The case involves an allegation of rape.
