The Cross River State Government, through its Department of Budget, Monitoring, and Evaluation, is set to hold a series of one-day consultative forums as part of the preparation for the 2025 budget. The forums are designed to engage stakeholders and gather inputs to ensure a more inclusive and participatory budget process.
The first forum will take place on August 27, 2024, at the Ogoja Council Hall in Ogoja Local Government Area, Northern Senatorial District. The second forum is scheduled for August 28, 2024, at the Ikom Council Hall in Ikom Local Government Area, Central Senatorial District. Both events are slated to begin at 11:00 AM while the date for that of the Southern Senatorial District is yet to be announced.
