Comrade Dan Obo, Jnr., the outgoing Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Cross River State Chapter, has expressed his gratitude to the Governor of Cross River State, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, for his remarkable commitment to youth inclusiveness during his tenure.

In a farewell letter, Obo also thanked his supervisory ministry, led by Barr. Odum Ijom, and his predecessor, Prof. Ben Ayade, for the opportunity to serve.

“I am filled with humility and gratitude as I reflect on the support and encouragement I received during my four-year tenure as State Youth Chairman,” Obo wrote.

He acknowledged that the experience may not have been perfect but expressed his appreciation to his team and the coordinators of the 18 LGAs in the state.

“You are all exceptional, and I wish our paths will continue to cross,” Obo wrote.

Obo also thanked the youths across the state for their cooperation and his wife, Dr. Kwita Dan Obo for her sacrifices.

“We remain committed to supporting the Government of Cross River State and upholding the integrity of our young people,” Obo concluded.
