BRCI Calls On Government To Rescue Families Rendered Homeless By Windstorm

The families were rendered homeless by the windstorm on the 2nd of April, 2024, at Ofumbongha IV, in Obubra Local Government Area.

Basic Rights Council Initiative (BRCI) has called for a quick response to rescue families rendered homeless by a windstorm in Cross River State. 

The Principal Counsel of BRCI, Barrister James Ibor in a statement issued Tuesday morning to the press called on the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and the Cross River State Government to rescue them.

The families were rendered homeless by the windstorm on the 2nd of April, 2024, at Ofumbongha IV, in Obubra Local Government Area.

At press time, the number of families homeless is yet to be determined.
