Venatius Ikem, former PDP State Chairman in one of the community tours explaining why he is leaving PDP to APC.

Men of “integrity” what are you doing to strengthen PDP apart from writing on WhatsApp?

Men of “integrity” where are the prime beneficiaries of the PDP since 1999?

Where is Former President Obasanjo?

Former VP Atiku Abubakar.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan?

Former VP Nemadi Sambo.

Back home in our State, Where are Govs Donald Duke?

 Liyel Imoke?

 Ben Ayade?

Why do we like to mislead our people, well maybe out of ignorance.

If you choose to ignore reality because you feel sentimentally attached to PDP don’t dress it in the garb of “integrity”. You simply lack the courage to accept the reality that you are heading nowhere and should change course.

There is no “integrity” in seeing defeat and foolishly pretending that it is courage! No, in the English language it is called foolhardiness.

The courageous thing to do in the face of imminent defeat is to either surrender or change direction.

PDP is a mere political  vehicle for contesting elections. If the political theses no longer favours her, stop pretending that you love the Party Whose beginning or future end you do not know.

PDP has no immediate future.

We are propped up to support and enable APC and Tinubu to win elections. If you have sense won’t you rather join them and maybe be recognized for your efforts rather than being traded by someone else for his personal benefit?

I have chosen not to continue to pretend that we are contesting to win because the structures for electioneering are completely against us.

No money.

No security architecture.

No favourable Election management structure. Inadequate personnel, including strong candidates in various constituencies.

Anyone who pretends that these things are in place should Please share with me here and give us the pathway to victory that he sees.

No be cho cho cho.

I have been a critical part of at least two National Campaign organizations. Been part of many State Campaigns at the highest level. I don’t need inexperienced people to tell me what political victory requires prior to election. Winning an election  is not wishful thinking. It is based on hard facts.

They don’t exist in PDP as presently constituted both at federal and States levels.

Good morning, be wise!

My name is Venatius Ikem, former PDP State Chairman.
