A viral video circulating on social media has captured Beatrice Akpala, the Special Adviser to the Cross River State Governor on Content Development and Archiving, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, in a heated argument with an unidentified person.
The incident reportedly followed a road mishap in which another person is said to have run into Akpala’s vehicle.
In the video, Akpala can be seen engaged in a visibly tense exchange with the other party, although the circumstances leading to the confrontation and what was said by those involved could not be independently established from the footage.
The identity of the other person involved, as well as whether any injuries or damage were sustained in the reported incident, remains unclear.
