Dr Christopher Nyong, Chairman of the Cross River State Audit Service Commission, has congratulated Governor Bassey Edet Otu on his 67th birthday, wishing him good health, wisdom and continued success in the service of the state.
Nyong, in a birthday message on behalf of the management and staff of the commission, described the occasion as a remarkable milestone in the governor’s life and an opportunity to wish him greater accomplishments in leadership.
