Cross River State Launches Youth Mobilization Volunteers Initiative

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Mobilization, Mr Dan Obo, recently launched the Youth Mobilization Volunteers in different wards in Yakurr and Obubra Local Government Areas. The initiative aims to establish a strong youth network in each Local Government Area, with the responsibility of promoting the People’s First Mandate across Cross River State.
During his speech, Mr Obo stressed the importance of unity among youths in supporting government policies. He highlighted that the administration of His Excellency, Sen Bassey Edet Otu is focused on youth and has ongoing programs aimed at improving the status of young people in various sectors of the state.
Leaders of the Youth Mobilization Volunteers in Yakurr and Obubra commended the initiative, describing it as timely. They promised their dedication to building a youth-driven community that fosters peace, development, and collaboration, while also pledging their support for the administration throughout its entire eight-year tenure.
