Basic Rights Counsel Initiative (BRCI) has commended the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) for its dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable populations particularly female children affected by violence.

BRCI’s commendation was contained in a letter of appreciation signed by James Ibor, its Principal Counsel with reference number BRCI/CAL/UNICEF/VOL.16/25/2024 and dated March 22, 2024.

The NGO which provides free legal services to women and children said they received 130 cartons of consumables designated for survivors of violence against children from UNICEF.
