JUST IN: Okrika Chairman Sacks All His Appointees, Wish Them Well

According to the statement, the affected appointees are directed to submit every Council property in their possession to the Secretary.

The Executive Chairman of Okrika Local Government Council in Rivers State, Akuro Tobin has sacked all his political appointees.

The sack which is with immediate effect was constrained in a statement by the Chairman, signed on his behalf by the Council Secretary, Oforiokuma Kwani, and made available to the press.

Those sacked are all Supervisors, Special Advisers, Advisers, Special Assistants, Senior Special Assistants, and Social Media aides.

According to the statement, the affected appointees are directed to submit every Council property in their possession to the Secretary.

The statement further said that the Executive Chairman wishes all those affected well in their future endeavors.
